About this event

With the forces of populism and isolationism increasing fragmentation, collective leadership is needed more than ever. Together we can tackle the existential threats of climate change, global health emergencies and spiraling conflict in a multipolar world. Creating a new shared vision to inspire leaders – and the communities that empower them – will allow us to imagine a future grounded in the values of solidarity and responsibility.

By convening leaders who have made their respective mark within their sectors and beyond, this event will lay out ideas for joined up solutions to the world’s toughest global challenges. Co-hosted by ODI Global and Mastercard, this discussion builds on last year’s leadership roundtable, ‘Leading through crises: what works and what doesn’t?‘ which explored the skills and mindsets needed to navigate the polycrisis.

This event took place in Davos, on the margins of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting.
