Our leaders
In December 2023, Tandem welcomed its inaugural cohort of 30 leaders to begin their learning journeys in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. In September 2024, its second cohort arrived in Amman, Jordan, for their initiation retreat. United in their commitment to better serve populations of concern around the world, they form the core of a community that will continue to grow in the years to come.
